You really need an Arduino that has more than one hardware serial port, or you need to connect one of your RFID readers to the hardware serial port. Is it possible to solve this in the software, by letting the rfid-readers listen in turns? (and how would this be done?)
We'll be using the ID Innovations ID-12 to perform the task of reading an RFID tag. At a minimum, it requires +5V, ground, and a digital pin (on the Arduino) that we will utilize for serial communication.
