If you want the original source code files and Windows / Linux PC/SC Driver you can download it from the original website: https://www.acs.com.hk/en/products/3/acr122u-usb-nfc-reader/.Support for both tags and Android devices (Host Card Emulation), simultaneously; Use of forked android.nfc classes (Ndef, MifareUltralight, IsoDep, etc) for Android 10+ support.
What are the Android SDK build-tools, platform-tools and tools? And which version should be used?
Basically ACR122U is not made to emulate the card while there is still very little information from manufacturer saying that it can be used to emulate an NFC card. If this is possible, it would be not that straight forward. I suggest you try Android Host Card Emulation (HCE on Android 4.4). The Host-based Card Emulation is really easy to use. Compared to the LLCP/SNEP implementation of Android Beam it is way less error prone and gives you much faster responsiveness. Using this HCE mode for P2P communication is of course just a hack.

Android 4.4 and higher provide an additional method of card emulation that doesn't involve a secure element, called host-based card emulation. This allows any Android application to emulate a card and talk directly to the NFC reader.
Card emulation is a technique that many different RFID chips support. In this post specifically, I will use the PN532 NFC Controller chip from my USB RFID ACR122u. USB ACR122u.
